At Grenville-Engineering, we offer rapid sheet metal punching with the TruPunch3000. This industry-leading punching machine enables us to offer highly technical designs at high speed and can punch materials up to 6mm (0.25inch) and accommodate sheets up to 4m in length.

MATERIAL TYPES
Our machine can punch most materials from Mild Steel, Stainless steel, Pre-coated steel, Aluminium, Brass, Copper and even plastic.
Our experienced operators ensure these complex machines are set up correctly, and any quality issues are spotted and resolved quickly.
As well as producing flat components, we can offer tapping and countersinks for creating ultra-precise holes and shapes, engraving, and deburring. We can also make 3D forms in the material, such as dimples, louvres, and embossed logos.
FINISHING
We can provide a various range of finishes for your parts if required.
DELIVERY
Our services are available nationwide using our dedicated in-house fleet of vehicles.
