To sustain our continued growth, we are recruiting for an experienced, Skilled Fabricator Welder to work in our factory in Stoke-on-Trent. Grenville Engineering (Stoke-on-Trent) Ltd has a strong employment record spanning almost 40 years. We are a rapidly expanding sheet metal fabrication company with potential opportunities for the right candidate.
To be considered for our position, you must possess the below attributes:
- The ability to understand/read technical drawings; Accurately measuring and working to tolerances.
- Must be able to complete a job from start to finish. Using multiple engineering practices
- Fully experienced in MIG welding mild steel up to 12mm thickness.
- Competent with all hand and air tools.
- It would be advantageous if candidates could TIG weld as well.
- Ensure paperwork is kept tidy;
- Any other tasks required by Production Team
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years’ fabrication and welding experience
- Strong MIG welding experience
- The ability to work independently from engineering drawings
- Excellent attention to detail
- A commitment to producing high quality work
- Experience using hand and air tools
Desirable
- TIG welding experience
